Nopi Sucked...

well... clearly there are mixed emotions about the drifting, but there's no denying NOPI sucked and was a HUGE waste of money. I liked the highspeed drifting and all that, but the cock-ass workers wouldnt let you anywhere near the fence and I ended up gettin into with one of them. Like it was previously stated, random stands woulda been nice along the trackside...and def. more convenient than the F*ckin hike to the grand stands. Everything from the show layout to the event spectating was poorly put together. In reality, that's what it boils down to. It was somethin different, i'll give them that, but hopefully they'll see how it was a bogus turnout in comparison to previous years... Maybe next year will be better. who knows

What I meant was: start Race A. When Race A finishes, start Race B. By the time Race B finishes, Race A will almost be at the starting line again, thus cutting down down time between runs. (I'm horrible at explaining things).

And I wasn't expecting high class quality cars at Nopi. I was expecting normal guys like on here and DriftSTL to be showing off their projects, which was what I saw.

N2HFI, I'm not going to argue because you're right. I didn't go Saturday because I was tied up all day and could only make it Sunday. Saturday was me and my girlfriend's 1 year :occasion18:, so I decided to hold off until Sunday. And I had no clue what happened on Saturday because, well, I wasn't there. It would have been cool seeing the practice runs and Time Attack out there at all times.

You didnt miss anything on saturday except temperatures in the 40's. If that's what u like, YOU MISSED OUT DUDE!.... other than that, it was a slow paced/ very long day. Hell, i was almost drunk by 10AM, if that gives you more of an idea. :PDT_Armataz_01_30:

Hearing all this makes me glad I didn't go. Ticket prices were way to high IMO, although if you got in for free or cheap I think that would justify going. Either way.....

02Type-S...You're group definitely stood out! I didn't meant that as an insult towards you, or the S2K on Volks or some of the other cars. I meant it as a generalization, and as with all generalizations, there are always exceptions. :hug:

Thanks man. Yeah we did get a lot of attention that weekend. I guess when the vast majority of the cars there are hella riced, then you come across a team with 2 TLs, a clean V6 6spd Accord, an S2K, an IS300, and an NSX, thing suddenly look better. lol.

I need to get more of us out there next year, that was maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of my team. That means you too Bildo!! You lazy biotch. lol
