CRX smoking problem what can I check for?

well I am probably overreacting, but yesterday I noticed that my crx(b18a) was smoking a little out of the exhaust. I dont think it ever smoked at all before. I drove it about 30 minutes to my property to hang out and we were there for like an hour and I got back in the car and let it idle for like 10 minutes while I was on the phone. when I backed up I noticed a little smoke.. so I drove it like 100 feet and saw thatit was smoking lightly at idle and when I hit the gas a small cloud came out.. this is clear smoke by the way.. well the car seemed to be running fine and not overheating so I drove it home (30miles) and parked it.. so I was going to go mess with it today and see if i could get anywhere and make sure its nothing major.. I also am not runninga cat for the record.. any advice would be greatly appreciated..

I also wanted to note this is my only car right now and is going to be a daily driver so thats why it kind of worries me..

check oil, how longs it been since you did a oil change also if it's dirty as shit that could be part of the problem. Was the motor abused before putting it in cause it could also be the valve seals going bad.

I did an oil change 2 weeks ago with royal purple 10w30 and it is a little below the top line on the oil stick so its good.. the motor is out of a 92 auto integra from u-wrench it the mileage on the car was 68k so I doubt it was abused to bad if at all..

could it be the head gasket?
