to wrap or not?
I've heard both good and bad about wrapping a header, the good obviously being the lower engine compartment temperature. The bad being that the wrap keeps in all the heat from the header, increasing thermal expansion on the part and also hlding in moisture, both harming the header and causing it to not last as long. Ceramic coating is the way to go

i would only wrap it if the header is in rough shape and is not at pretty as the day you bought it and your trying to make the looks under the hood match the rest of the car.

you could always get it coated. I've always been told not to wrap it because of trapping moisture, especially if it's a daily driver.
