I am here and reading this only because I am an STLPC member... But I'm going to throw out my $.02 anyway. Bubble Tea nights for the STLPC are fairly random and happen on whims, when people get the idea, they post it and a time is set, and viola, a gathering happens.
There is plenty of room (as stated above) for both meets to happen there. Most people don't like to park out front anyway because there have been a number of fender benders in the tight parking lot up front.
Reality is, there may be only a couple people from STLPC there anyway as the event side of things with the STLPC have dwindled a little (and a number of us will be out of town). If by chance you guys were open, I think it would be a good chance to give that a boost and hopefully help a once very strong club.
Anyway... I think this is all pretty silly, but thought I kill some bandwidth with a little ramble...

I dont think that any of us here had a problem with STLPC coming up to bubble tea. Hell its a public place. The problem came when your Co-prez gave us permission to meet at a specific time in this public place. Didnt know we needed it from the STLPC. I am always up for making meets bigger.03 dash M3;48465 wrote:I am here and reading this only because I am an STLPC member... But I'm going to throw out my $.02 anyway. Heck, I might even make it out to bubbletea if both groups are there. I haven't been very visible on STLPC or with any other group in some time, and it'll be good to meet some of the StlHonda group (some who I've known for years) and STLPC people too.
As 03 dash M3 said though, we've met at the bubbletea place for a couple of years now, and in the past it was on Thursdays.

This is fine but its obvious that they think we are street racing, power tripping ego maniacs, but hey thats just the feeling i got from the comments steph posted from their board.JonDubya;48460 wrote:Chris, I disagree. "The more the merrier." There's plenty of parking in front, along side and behind BT. I think it's a good "accident" they scheduled a [recurring] meet at the same time/place as ours. Crowd control will be vital, but I think most people are mature enough to manage this (and they can take care of those who aren't mature enough).
So they are more then welcome to show up like i stated before but keep the BS checked at the keyboard.

I in noway wanted to start any "drama" I simply posted that thread because I dont want people thinking that this site is like that. SO If we were to all meet at bubble tea GREAT it would def be great times because I know a lot of us are always up for meeting new people.
