Rules for posting a nomination:
1) You may only post nominations in the nomination thread. The nomination thread is only open until the 20th of the month; after the 20th, a Voting Thread will be created with a Poll containing all of the nominees so that a winner may be determined.
2) In your nomination post, you must provide the Username AND link to the vbPicGallery for the person and car you are nominating. If you would like, you could also post a picture, and/or tell us why you are nominating that car.
3) In order to be nominated, a member must have an up-to-date vbPicGallery which contains BOTH pictures AND a detailed rundown of the car and modifications. If the gallery does not meet these criteria, the nominee is ineligible for consideration.
4)Each member can only make one nomination per month, and you may not nominate yourself!
5) No discussion is allowed in the nomination thread. In the nomination thread, all posts that are not valid nominations will be deleted. Seconded or duplicate nominations will be deleted.
6) Members/cars that have won ROTM within the last year, are not eligible for nomination.
This includes:
mike93hatch - 93 Civic Hatch
modthesol - 95 Del Sol S
Spork - 91 Civic Hatch
MidoriMiller - 96 Civic Hatch
thats all for now, we may add or refine these as we go depending on problems we see. Thank you, have a nice day.

As for the nomination for Matt:
