Rattle can the hatch

Ive been thinking about doin this.....just wondering how many cans i need....and if there is anyone that has rattle can'd there car b4 lmk...

If I remember correctly it took me 5 cans to fully coat a crx. The hardest part is the hood.

I believe it took me around 15 cans or so. Maybe a bit more, I did 4 coats on my Integra. The hood is the hardest part to do. Here is a pic of mine.

it really depends on what color and what brand you use

that does look pretty sick. Im gonna be rattle canning my hatch soon, just trying to figure out what color. hooray for having matching paint!

The hood is the hardest because its a bitch to keep from tiger striping lol...and are ya looking for a metallic or pearl, or just a standard color? And ive never used a red spray paint but im sure the cheap 97 cent cans aren't going to cover worth a crap and you will end up spending more in the long run. Rustoleum is the best spray can ive used.

the 97 cent cans suck you use twice as many and it still turns out like shit, at least get the good rattle can if your going to do it
