Dealers will prob not work with you on waqnting things switched around and will charge every dolar the insurance says its worth. However they will do good work and gaurentee the work.

There was an officer that responded to the scene. I was just a dazed idiot that didn't think straight and said the guy could go after getting info from him. Officer has my side of the story with the other person involved in the accident.
Gonna call the officer up and start a police claim.
On a side note...FUCK! My mom and dad told me to use my mom's car until we get the Accord in a shop to fix. Well, long story short, lower section of the engine blew. Can't start the car. Was a 1999 Toyota Camry LE with ~121,500 miles on it. Ugh. My stress levels are fucked right now and doesn't help I haven't eaten my breakfast around lunch which was just some toast...Ugh.
