Scratch Removal?

Ive got a 1996 Civic ex and it has both minor and deep scratches in it from the idiot before me. I was just wondering if there was a good place in the STL area where i could get these removed for an affordable price. Thanks.

I dont know how long they are or how deep. If its not all the way thru the base coat its easily fixed but if its passed the base ull have to feather edge the scratch and blend it.

If they arent that big. You could take some base on a que tip and pretty much just paint the scratch. I know it sounds ghetto but you would never tell if the scratch is small.
