Chris and Josh's car were both rattle canned. I don't believe Josh wet sanded or anything since I'm sure he didn't give a shit.

Budget builds don't need expensive paint.

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

Well I think if you spend good money on something it should be on a decent paint job....you can get a gallon of decent paint for 150-250 on the Internet...you can't buy a gallon worth of spray paint for that.....so why do all that work rattle canning a car and it lasting 1/10 as long as one done right...

Because I do not plan on showing my car off. I plan to use this car mostly for auto x and other road racing to where if it gets beat up, I won't mind.

^^^

Clayton's track (EG) is flat black... if it gets beat up a bit, who cares. If my hatch gets beat up on the track, who cares.

And honestly, Chris and I canned out cars and the paint has lasted a long time on them. and the prep work and the money put into it wasn't much at all and we got the desired result we wanted.
I'm still a neighborhood ASSHOLE!

Plus even though they may not look the best, but look good for what they are and what is in them, knowing that we did all the work ourselves makes it at least a little satisfying.
