96 accord door swap

I want to get a second opinion about swaping doors, trying to anticipate any problems I will have. Would you splice the wires near the fuse box, the door jam, or inside the door itself?

if you pull back the rubber boot the plug should be there. its hard to explain over the internet. if i can i will try to get some pics up

if there was no fender on the drivers side and you had the door closed, you would look at the door and see a fairly large square with rubber over it and and it would go to the body, just pull back the rubber (the big square deal) and use a flat head screwdriver to push the pin down, then wiggle it until it unplugs...
