Auto Body Schooling?

Post by gsrauto98 »

My carpentry career is not going to well at this point with the crappy economy. I have decided I want to go to school for auto body but I am not sure of a good school for it. I have heard some bad things about some of the technical colleges and community colleges. I was just wondering if any of you guys and girls had any good experiences or bad experiences in local community colleges and tech colleges?

Ranken is deff a top notch school, and I do belive that they offer night classes that are fairly priced if you dont want/need to get a degree and you just want to learn Autobody.

it's a 2 year Associates degree course. Come out with MANY certifications and lot's of knowledge.

And remember people ALWAYS want body work done to their car.

They also offer night school if you just want a certificate instead of a degree.

But people will always need body work done to their cars. I'm almost done with Ranken and I'm doing the night classes but in auto repair. Its a great school and the teachers know what they're talking about.

Ranken = the shit. I've been working on this dreaded monte carlo for 3 semsters now, and now that it's getting close to being painted, i'm really excited about it. Great school and great teachers
