But I have been running an idea through my head for awhile.
I was thinking about a two tone paint job for my car. My 01 civic coupe
Yea, I know it sounds ricey, but I am not like that.
I am just thinking about a nice scion black and G6 red or a Subaru blue and Scion black.
Just want to know what some of you think, and if you all may know of a place that would offer a good price on something like that.
No need to slam the idea, as I know it isn't the least ricey idea and yes, I know it's not going to add HP (like i said i am not the ricer type).

Blue on the top, and then black on the bottom edge, like mid tire and down

That means it would look like you have a blue car, but unpainted side skirts, front and rear lips. That would look gay. Motion to ban.:nervous:

I like Jeff's rendition of the lines better than mid tire down. But I don't know about suby blue. I think it's too much of a contrast with the Scion black. Maybe a darker blue?

Yea, I can see how with the wrong paint it would look like the bottom portion would look unpainted.
The more I look at the mock up that Modthesol did, the more I kinda of like the idea of something like that, with the height of the color change, but I'd like it with the colors switched so the black was on the bottom and blue on the top portion..
