Oh my bad. I was under the impression that McCollough ballasts and other components can be found in factory HID setups.

Was there anything wrong with the Ebay halo's though minus just the name and poor record of quality? i just ask cuz i personally LOVE the halo look, and am wondering are there like more name brand type or atleast more respectable halo brands that i could get?

The ones on my Tl-S are perfect! (they came standard) lol

But yeah, try aiming them down a little. And if your lenses are faded, or cloudy, it makes them appear brighter and more annoying to oncoming traffic.
