I am thinking about getting some LED taillights for my Fit. The OEM ones are between $350 and $400. :nervous:
N1 makes some, I have heard that they are crap.
Does anyone have any experiences with Depo taillights? They are priced around $150 give or take. Has anyone had any fitment issues, condensation issues, different brightness on either side?
I am just interested in Depo's quality overall, so any positive or negative experiences with any of their products are welcome.

I don't know where you found them for that price. RoBear, A & J, Password JDM and ICB all have the OEM ones for around $400.mike93hatch;147963 wrote:i would just get these..

The ones you linked to are a non-OEM Smoked LED. The Fit has 3 types of OEM LED lights; Red/Smoked, Red/Clear, and Fully Smoked.
Also, anyone have any suggestions on which would look good on my Tidewater Blue Fit?
/Hotlinked like it's going out of style.

Hell man...don't be so scared of aftermarket! The ones Mike linked you too are so cheap that if you don't like them I'm sure you can put them up for sale for what you paid and get it. What's to lose??? :dunno:

True. I am leaning towards Depo lights, but the lure of genuine Honda ones is also strong. OEM quality can't be beat. I have read some bad stories about N1 taillights though. One side being brighter than the other, condensation, etc. The Depo ones are affordable, though supposedly of higher quality than N1s.Dabeastwthn;150542 wrote:Hell man...don't be so scared of aftermarket! Eventually I will get some LED tails. I am installing a header tomorrow and have my JDM center console coming soon, so any more mods have to wait until after the new year as I am flat broke.
