Smoked/blacked out head/tail lights

Yay, I see everybody saying to use clear! It seems like every single set of sprayed taillights I see are like flat black... so ghey

if it were me i would use the film... i like the idea of a protective layer over the headlights, i wonder if it would keep them from fading or oxidizing?

Use the vinyl. If u dont like it you can peel it off. play it safe.

Go with the film, when you mess it up installing it your headlights are still usable and you can redo it.

im pretty sure as long as you can see light through them you will be ok.

If you want a factory appearance once done, the real way to do this is to use automotive clearcoat with a few drops of black paint. This makes a tinted clear that shines like paint.

well back to the film note? same film as for like window tinting? where might i pick some up at?

the tail light film kinda sux its hard to shape it around the curves and if you dont know what yur doin it looks like poop. i would just go with the nightshades and if you really want to make it look good go to a local paint shop and have them clear them with automotive paint mine looked like glass.
