What condition are they in. Alot of scratches, or just good condition and want to rough them up to paint?

3M makes good scuff pads for stuff like this, they are available at any parts store. back when I had my accord I used one (i think it was red) to scuff/clean my steelies so that I could respray them black, and it worked really well

Thanks for the advice, I complete forgot about 3M scotch pads, they are on the way this afternoon. I'll be in my basement alone tonight getting drunk scuffing those things up, and crying too!

make sure you use the RED scotchbrite and not the grey or white or yellow or green.
