Fixing Rust?

Anyone know the best way to fix rust, or know of anywhere to get that taken care of. Im gettin a 94 integra in about a week from this dude in WA, and the car has a little rust under the passenger side quarter panel.

get it cut out and a new peice welded in

To get one quarter repaired correctly will most likely be about half of what your car is worth.

why not call me but the correct way is to cut it out and weld in new metal but if its real bad u may need to get a whole panel and weld it in.

dont they make "paint over rust" paint, i beleive this will prevent the rust from getting worse. i think it is pretty expensive too.
