-remove bumper & headlights
- remove lights/rubber from unit
- 8 minutes at 200 degrees on tray
- start prying with a screwdriver and take apart headlight you may have to put back in the oven for like 3 more min. if it gets hard. the second one will be easier because you know what your looking for.
-tape off turnsignal area
- prime
- paint light coats (I used phantom grey, lots of other people use a charcoal metallic paint, doesnt have to be high temp.)
-let dry for a while
- put the housing back togther i applied ALOT of extra silicone and squished it together, put back in oven for 8 more min. then take out of oven and squeeze togther make sure the tabs are over eachother.
- put lights back togther and your done.
if you have any questions just ask. sorry for the cell phone pics you get the point.
thanks for your time.

Good job! Do not forget that people can make these headlights any color they want too, lol.

I made one set I had bronze for sits and grins.
I'm still a neighborhood ASSHOLE!
