Streetfighters, help.

Post by tbrazzy-s3 »

Im looking into buying a CBR in the spring and chopping it. Minus the fairings, wire tucks, etc. turning it into a legitimate streetfighter. I've been looking online and I can' find much. I see finished products, but not much HOW-TO. Anybody know any websites or magazines that might help out?

yea. im by no means well informed. have to learn the language. id just heard them called 'naked' or 'streetfighters'. usually sports tuned bikes stripped to the chassis and left with basically an engine, chassis, two wheels, and some idiot rider. which hopefully. that'll be me.

there isnt anything to it. just take everything off and tuck your harness under your gas tank. there is usually always room under the air box to shove everything. your gonna become a cop magnet though. dont worry about anything but a good cage, stick with tiger shark, freestyle or sick (personal choices). not much point to it unless you just like the look. unless your hitting up the lots but even then your gonna trash your first bike any way beyond repair. just take your time and good luck, new stunters welcome! but if i see you doin stand ups down 270 at any speed over 60 ill run you down!!!:salute:
