it was orignally smokin joe painted.. gold and purple.. but its mostly flat black.. who knows why he did that

haha, it was most likely laid down, fixed and primered. oem bike fairings/graphics are like a million dollars, especially kinda rare ones like yours. so whats the next best thing....? primer.

im doin a scheme like cobalt blue with silver kinda tribal type stripes. itl look good

i prefer a solid dark color with polished aluminum/chrome.

my bikes paint is burnt orange with silver marblized tribal, the previous owner did that, i don't care for it. i would rather had 80's lookin green/white like they come stock.

but i've been thinking about a midnight blue.... maybe a very dark red.

my o6 busa was a beautiful burgendy color.. i think that with a bit of silver would look cock on my space shuttle bike
