audio problem

ok well heres the lowdown

2000 impala
stock headunit with factory amp
2 12" subs
1 orion 800 amp

since i am keeping the stock headunit because it controls alot with the car..
it has a line out converter

under the hood optima redtop and a big 3 upgrade

when the car is on but not running im find but

with the car running i am gettign some kinda feedback in the subs and the lights dim even with the radio all the way down

bad lineout convertor?

ya i was thinking bad ground loop somewhere or the ilc.. but its a stinger ilc

changed the amp problem solved.
