pioneer avh-p4000dvd help

Hey my double din is going out. No audio when I use my ipod or a thumb drive. And a dvd got stuck and I tried to get it out and the screen went white all the touch screen buttons still work but I can't get the screen to act right any ideas

No warrenty I got it from circuit city while they were closing.

still should hae had a manufactures warranty. no matter who sold it. call pioneer with the info and sale date. they will send u to a warranty center.

Try disconnecting the battery and then hook it back up. Sometimes that resets everything.
