Maybe its just me, but does that flip out not open when you have the car in park? Seems like the gear shift is right in the way.

I have to pull the shifter towards me a little bit to give it enough clearance to flip out, it's still in park though.

couple of suggestions .. lose the cap , add a second battery (kinetic 600hc) and have a bigger box with a larger port and you will more then dbl your current output. Other then that products nice and has potential

Thanks, I was hoping you would give me your input, since I can tell you obviously know what you're doing. I was wanting to look into getting another battery, for some reason if it sits for more than 2-3 days without starting the battery is completely dead. I have always wanted to get a custom fiberglass box made for the subs, something big and unique, so I will be looking into that this summer.

edit: In the only car show I entered with this setup I hit 145.0 db's.

145 with 2 15's and MONGO power?! yeah, you have voltage/current issues. not to start an argument, but I wouldn't ditch the cap. Add the battery to your current setup and upgrade the alternator while you're at it. Definitely go with the biggest box you're willing to stuff in there (if you're on the quest for output).

and dont go with the biggest box u can stuff in there.... u dont wanna muffle that shyt down. Build to the subwoofer specs..... but with some more airspace and a diff tune on the port, im sure you could do some DMG!!!! hha! own

what is the tune on the boxx yo

specs .. for spl throw them out the window and build a box and tune it accordingly , the woofers will play how you want to when done correctly.

my van had a 70cubft box and over 1300" of port and played just fine for spl (but granted a spl only box), but for a everyday SQL box i use Digital designs box design which uses 17" od port per cubft of enclosure. This set up usually works really well for daily systems that get down and dirty but play REALLY loud
