thoughts about a troll bin

I think ALL websites should have a troll bin. This would include sites like yahoo, google, facebook and spankwire.

I would be more than willing to run the Troll Bin. I mean being banned several times for being TOO INSULTING... That has to mean something.

so... i hear about all the complaints about there being so much drama on this site and now instead of banning the user for creating the drama, you want to give them their own place to continue the drama and let people rag on them to provoke them more and create more drama?

just want to make sure because if a troll bin is created i dont want to hear about all the drama it creates, and if it is not created i dont want to hear about how i never do anything for the site.

drama is life at least 50% of it. you cant stop it so just contain it i guess. i see other sites use it, and i think it works out well.
