what sizes are these throttle bodies?

I am in the process of researching the next mods to my car. I have decided to upgrade to a bigger throttlebody I currently have a b16a sir motor, with the stock tb (tb=throttle body).

I do not want to go to big as to hurt my performance. does anyone know what size the:

stock sir tb is?
an integra type r tb?
a civic type r tb?

also, does anyone have personal experience with aftermarket tb's on there engine, as far as what size works best?

Integra GSR TB is the largest oem TB size

how many mm is it? what size would work the best on a n/a engine? spoon tb is 70 mm, i think that is to big.

best bet without cams...is probably 65-68mm...anything over would kill your power..

I always thought the H23 TB was the biggest but its the f20c or the b18c5
