question about the site, mods please read...

hey
some of you may know that i found this site by accident, one of your members went to d-series,org and was trying to do something that was not allowed...

everything turned out fine and he ended up posting a link to this site... i checked it out and found that i like it allot... the members here are pretty cool and its nice to be able to talk over the net and then actually go and meet up with people...

the reason for this thread is simple...
i was chatting with the owner of d-series (seano) and i told him about this site and the way you use the chat/shout here... we used to have an actual chat similar to aim but the security was not up to par and the site got hacked... he ended up doing away with it all together...

Sean (owner) asked if i would post a thread here and ask who you use for your chat/shout... we would love to have the chat back, it was a big part of the site... im sure you understand...

what i would like to know is this,what do people like and dislike about it... do you have any problems such as the site slowing down or crashing because of it..?

most important, how good is the security?

its just a v-bulliten module/addon.

have him search some of the php sites for one, there are tons. or as was said, pm rick for the more accurate details.

we had a v-bulletin before... im not sure what version it was but it did not have adequate security...
