Buyer/Seller Vouch Thread

On a photography site im on, theres a trade count we use, but its a different format forum than this one so i dont think itll work

I would just make it another zone under the Marketplace, and people would make their own threads, praising or downing their seller. Then, valid reasons could be in there for us all to see, and if they didnt seem valid, then the admins could just delete them or whatever.

I say d the iTrader idea but let everyone show their side of the story. I think we need it bc I know of 3 members who are shady and well sell stuff that isnt what it says it is.

Would there be a way to moderate the reputation count? Say have any pos or neg rep go thru an admin or mod for approval?

problem with these ideas is that people seem to get their panties in a bunch whenever something negative is said about them. then they pm me wanting me to delete/change/fix it and then im thrown in the middle and cant do anything because if i do, im siding with one or the other and come out the bad guy in either way.

thats the only problem there is in the itrader, ya dont know who is telling the truth, or who is full of shit, and if ya pick the wrong one your the bad guy then, but ya could do the good guy/ bad guy thread, and kinda make it to where they haveta have a for sale thread and pm's for proof of reason to make the thread, thats is if its bad, if its good then so be it, set some hard rules, and people will learn to follow them
