Honda Tuning

Post by SweetEBPSi »

I get Honda Tuning mags and I was wondering if it would be beneficial to scan the pages into a .pdf file for all to download.

I'm also looking for a .pdf file of as many Helm's manuals as I can find for Hondas.

it would be nice. i could put it up on the main page. but we would have to look into the legality of it. last thing i want is to get sued by a company for putting up copyrighted material.

If that were true, then we can copy movies and give them to people.

if no profit is made then im pretty sure you can. why would they of made the dvd burner or vcr? also read the fbi warning im pretty sure it says as long as you don't gain a profit of it then there is nothing they can do. ill look in to it though.

Whether there is a profit or not, its still considered copyright infringement.

ya, they would call it copyright infringement... but if some sort of deal was made for donating to a non profit organization, i'm sure they would love to have the tax write off... but then again if just everyone could go to a website and view their magazine for free, then the would be losing HUGE money by letting us do that. unless it was just 1 or 2 minor articles... or parts of articles
I miss my honda ;(

Yeah, but they would make alot more money off advertising it they were free to view on a website. They could charge more for the views that it would be getting... hmmm... I still would think that it's probably not ever going to happen. Unless you paid them a fee for putting it in a secure site where people had to pay to view the mag.
