Per the rule that you have to have 30 posts in order to post in the Marketplace, Rick set it that you also have to have 30 posts to view anything in there. But if you reach 30 posts, it may take up to an hour for the system to grant you permission to view the marketplace, so don't get freaked out if you don't get permission right away

also... you cant view it unless you have 30 posts because if i had 2 posts and i went to the wtb section and saw someone wants to buy what i have laying around... nothing keeps me from pm'ing them about it. but... if you cant see... it will be harder for you to sell through pm's.
