Shop Review section?

I was thinking it might be helpful to have section where people can give thier stories (good or bad) about some of the local shops. This way people can search the threads for a shop and see experiences people have had with that particular place. This would be a good idea for people looking for a good buying experience.We have the product review section, maybe we could put this one under a "Reviews" section with it.

edit: but i think it must stick to only personal experiences with the company, not "my boy went there and they hooked him up" crap

wouldnt an experience at a shop be the same thing as a product review? after all, you pay a shop for a service which is a product.
