subforum where posts arent counted

i propose a thread or subforum where post count is not increased there by reducing whoring in the rest of the forum, maybe make posts in the lounge not count. i know they have done it on other forums and it has worked out well...

i know everyone is in love with a high post count i am to, actually now that i think about it i dont know might make poeple whore the tech areas even more. i need to think about this some more...

Is post count really that big of a deal? If it is, why not just turn off displaying number of posts? I did this for another forum.
