no. wether or not they put a comment in there, you will not be able to see who left it.

wrong. i'm looking at one that shows who left me a comment. shows user name too.

well shiver me timbers.... it appears that a user can see who left them rep and read the comment, but other people cannot see who left the rep.

let me gather some screenshots to better illustrate what i mean.
