Front page qoute?

Qoute on the front page, its funny, bu it is also the first thing people see when they come on this site. Its cool at the top of the forums, but on the front page it might discourage some people from going further. Because not all people have a good of a sense of humor as us.

um i was thinking changing the color blue and red are alittle hard on the eyes. u could say something like "Your source for everything Honda in the St. Louis area" or Honda/Acura

A common meeting place for StL Honda/Acura enthusiasts

:edit: that page IS quite hard on the eyes. it's the first time i've seen it...i always go straight to the forums.

get me some write ups, how-to's, and faq's and ill make the front page more interesting. i was thinking about adding some buttons to link to other pages, some other pictures on the front page, along with maybe like upcoming events up there so that people can check back on a regual basis and have something new to read on it.

unfortunately... i am not good at writing anything up. i can do it, but ill most likely be the only one to understand it.

is the current front page better on your eyes? i know it has the same look as the myspace page, but it was something i did really quick. i just need to figure out how to make a border around the picture.

well, you can spend the money to throw it since even if i sell the site, i'll only have $100
