so how do we build this reputation?

if you look all the way to the right of someones name and avatar, you will see the post count(in current thread), join date, location, number of persons posts, and the rep power and a green bar. that is your reputation. if you click on the little white scale just to the right of the post count (of current thread) you can leave that person reputation. you can either leave the person good reputation or bad reputation. you can leave reputation for whatever you want to, but remember that they can leave you reputation back. (also the admin can see who left reputation for who and what was said on the reputation. so dont try anything funny cause the management can always delete, add, or subtract to your reputation )

im still a bit new to the whole vbulletin thing and am trying to get everything straightened out. so please excuse me if i change things around a bit here in the next couple of weeks or if i cant resolve a problem right away.
