Rollin on steelies with an exhaust. Thinks hes hot shit. He lives around the Wood River, IL area. Beat him on a couple pulls with a horrible slipping clutch. He thinks his car is fast shit and races any car he sees pretty much. Then he passed me by in wal-mart parking lot and did the biggest ricer rev ever!

Maybe he wasn't lowered. Maybe his stuff is just sagging from worn out suspension. spent too much money on the fart pipe
