Throwing codes

My 97 integra gs was running like crap at intital start up this morning, then before I backed out of my drive way the check engine light came on. When I got to work I hooked our scanner up and it threw 3 codes; cylinder 2 and 3 misfires, and a multiple cylinder misfire code.

So I cleared the codes and starter her up and it ran fine. The check engine light never came back on.

What would cause a multiple misfire like that? I don't have time to pull the plugs, but will probly check them later. Thanks for any help you can other.

It could be your plugs or wires

plugs, wires, cap and rotor.
All are routine maintenace items that should be replaced reguarly

+1 your plugs and shit are going bad.... do a tuneup

My cap and rotor were replaced about 25,000 miles ago, ngk wires about 10,000 miles ago. I probly need new plugs so I'll start there, I've also been meaning to get a new fuel filter but never end up doing it, so I'll get that to and an oil change this weekend. Any other suggestions?

I drove my car at lunch today with no problems, and for having about 162,000+ miles the integra starts and runs like a champ, but this morning during the warm up it spuddered and then the check engine light came on. But it drove fine after warm up all the way from Dogtown to Earth City.
