1st Proper kill

It was against a yellow S2000 with IL plates. He passed me as I got on the highway this morning. I saw that he had at least exhaust work done so I figured I'd catch up to him and see whats up. We both down shifted and I waited for him to go. So he got the jump on me but I started wheeling him in and I guess he paniced or something because I heard him miss shift...win for me. So he caught back up with me to go again. I he downshifted and waited for me. He gave the 3 honks (unfortunately I went on 2.5 instead of 2.) But it wasn't as close this time because I brake boosted and put a couple of lengths on him. We got off on the same exit and got to chat a bit. He asked if I had an LS swap done blah blah. He said he had I/E and stage 2 clutch.

Well thats all, I've always wanted to battle a s2000. I didn't expect to beat one that was lightly modded too though!

Oh and of course this was on Forza Motorsports 2. Because I would never race on a public street because that is just wrong.

figured my car would be in the 14 second range itself. I mean, it's not like I beat him by much or anything. I was at 6psi though but after some tuning, i'd like to run 9.

WHen I had my old hatch that ran 14s and Theo had your car, he could put lengths on me.

really? I suppose only the future will tell how things will go for me then. I would suspect it should be doing a bit better now than when Theo had it.

I guess I need to change to topic to "At least I can beat an S2000"

But I don't get why this should have been an easy victory than me. The car has more hp, cost 30k more than my car, doesn't weight that much more (the driver was only like 80 lbs and I'm more than 3 times that.)
