Opinions on the Buddy Club Exhaust

I've been looking into this exhaust for a little while, but I'm not sure if it what I'm really wanting. I can't find what size the piping is and I'm not sure if I like the muffler being mounted on the opposite side. What do you guys think?

personally, i dont like the way it looks, i think it looks kind of awkward, maybe because of the angle of the picture and it looks really small from what i can tell', its just an opinion though, you should really do what you want to do'

ps: ive "heard" that buddy club exhaust sounds great, but i havnt ever actually heard it in person'

i prefer the more oval/muffler style exhaust but on a crx i think the "can" style exhaust looks pretty sweet, call me a ricer but i saw a pic of a crx with a "can" style exhaust on the left side and it was slanted upwards.....typically exhaust slanted like that is a turn off for me but the crx it was on really pulled it off and it looked great on that car'

im sure some-1 will chime in with more useful information as far as sound goes, or maybe more pictures'

do you mean the spec 2? it's a mean sounding exhaust and mounts on the right side of the crx, piping for all buddy club exhausts for civics is 2.5 in

my gsr sounded like that,

WITH NO MUFFLER!!!!!
i need to be nicer though. i just got my megan racing exhaust today, ive heard good things about it, so im confident. the only gripe i have with that setup is the cutout on the rear bumper. get what you want, cause you are the only one who needs to be happy with it.

i think this type of exhaust, is more for function than sound or looks, it has no muffler looks like it has a resonator but thats about it. it lacks the whole back section that a crx usually has with that it gets rid of various bends and the muffler/tailpipe as a whole which no doubt increases flow and with that, horsepower and torque follow. i dont like the sound, but if the sound comes with less weight and less restriction ill take it...

Thanks for all the info guys.

I would be using this exhaust when the CRX gets turbo'd, so hopfully it won't be as loud as it was in the video 2coupes posted. I was interested in it because of its straight through design. If the piping is 2.5", then I may get this exhaust. Anyone else have any comments?
