mustang, ss/t, z28

i am fairly new to the site and seen this kill section, by far the coolest thing about this site. so i have a few kills i would like to share.

first up is the mustang gt, this was last summer when my car was completely stock. i was fillin up at gas mart in edwardsville and this dude in this 1996 mustang gt conv. kept looking over at me with his buddy(in a 98 trans am) and laughing at me.
so we all leave at the same time and they are in front of me and i swing around them(two lane road) on the left and me and the stang get stopped at a red(no cars in sight) so he revs his engine ans tells me "we go on green", i get the best launch ever on him and totally killed him and i think its cause it was an automatic. best part about it was his girl was with him.

next is the dodge ram ss/t with a 5.9 v8, intake and exhaust. i raced this when i was stock too. we raced from a stop and i got him by a few cars. then we raced from a 40mph roll. i got him but not by much because i didn't drop it into 2nd until after the honks(forgot)

last one is the 1985 z28 with port/polish full 3inch "true" dual exhaust(custom) cams, headers, shifter. this was my buddy as well and i smoked the crap out of him but only because he was on street tires and spun through third(lol) i have a few videos of the race with the z28 as well as a burnout vid of the ss/t the ss/t on youtube......

I belive the GT, and if the z28 would've been stock, I'd believe that, too.

1985 z28 = slow as balls 305. Even modded makes about as much power as that GSR. Moding the Chevy 305 is like building a NA Non Vtec d15

worst bore stroke combo ever. Boat anchors. Heads flowed like shit. Best mod to a 305 is swapping it out for the 350

well like i said my buddies z28 had street tires on it and it spun like crazy, if it would have hooked i would have been smoked. i didn't mean to tell the story like my car was fast as hell. i don't know what was up with the stang, 4.6 automatic v8, with a few passengers=slow, heavy.
