Me and Steph aren't idiots. Let me rephrase this since you idiots can't comprehend a fucking word I say. This will be a gymkhana style race in a safe, open environment.

clearly, this is going to be a hybrid road/street/touge/auto-x course time attack race that will take place in parking lots, on public streets, and race tracks all over the city... and there will probably be some drift racing too.

yea because everybody knowes that parking lots work on a different weather pattern then the roads do, so that means sometimes that when roads are dry its still raining at parking lots and vice versa .. so roads and parking lots are never dry at the same time :stupid:

I would also like to point out that even if they go one at a time, and are on a parking lot, in the City of St. Charles, they can still be considered street racing.
