I'm pretty sure I newer "shitty 4.6" would wreck your shit. I have seen 13.1 out of a stock 04 GT with tires, exhaust, and intake.

gears, intake manifold, and a good set of headers and then your starting to talk a lil bit more power on a stang. my dads 98 stang felt wayy different and all we did was put headers, and an offroad x-pipe on it
