no its not turbo, one the worst condition rotary's in the st. charles are and the guy didn't seem to know what he was talking about. I asked him about it when I saw it up at my school one day because it sits there almost every weekend and I don't think that that guy has owned for too long. I know its ugly, but anyways good kill AJ.
