is there a highway long enough that you could race to the top of 4th?

didnt give enough info, lol. and no, meant 3rd, and i only shifted between 4 1/2 and 5k. idk y, but i said all the gears 1 higher than they were. so only to about 4 1/2 in 4th. idk, musta been tired. dont talk shit on total
