turbo scion XA

my buddy has a scion XA and wants to turbo it. after its all said and done he estimated that it will cost him about 3 grand i tell him that the engine wasent built for alot of compression so he would not get any safe gains that would be worth his money. what do you think yes or no on the turbo of the scion XA

Even after the turbo it will still only be a 15 second car AT MOST........
Wasn't there a turbo xB running at Gateway and still in 16s??
Trade it in for a Honda. lol

From an xb owner. I say no. the motors are shit and even turbod it will get beat by most anything, so its pointless.
