They are nothing special by the way. other than looks and comments you get when driving.
I've riden in an nsx, its a pretty nice ride for being stock. Grips to the road very well at high speeds

You don't know what you're talking about. You're not very smart, and the things you're saying are nonsense. And I'm not angry. But you do need to shut up.

No kidding. I've driven my buddys NSX-T a few times, and I LOVE it. He said out of the Jags and Mercedes that he has owned, he likes his NSX the best. I plan on buying one when my TL-S is paid off (not too long). They are great cars.

I am not saying its like driving a corolla, I am just saying for the money it is a waste. yes they handle great, the power factor is where I didnt like it. it made 270 HP and there is really no way to make power without spending a fortune. If you are one of those that likes to ride in limos and get the look, then thats your car. Im telling you after you buy one and have it 2 weeks you will know what I am saying. its ok if you want to throw wheels and lower it and call it quits, but when you get into bolt-ons or making more power good luck. It really depends on your budget I guess. tell me where you disagree, please this is a good discussion. look at parts www.scienceofspeed.com

Oh please ask him how you compare a Jaguar and a Mercedes to an NSX. To me thats like comparing a dump trunk to a GSX-R. I also agree with him. I am not a luxury guy. Not to sound like a jerk by the way. I am strictly talking bang for the buck I am not saying I wouldnt trade any car I have ever owned for an NSX, because it is the most expensive, I am just saying for the money it got old and scary quick. I also would have to say to stick with a 93 or 94 hard top. my targa was a pain and made nasty noises on the highway so if you do look for one get an older one. I personally like the looks with the top on better. I heard the first years they made the 6 speed they had issues to. On the positive side they hold there value very well.

You liked your s2k which has no power but you don't like the NSX? No one ever said the NSX was cheap to make fast. There are options to make them damn quick for a decent price though.

I agree. S2000s look cool, and are fun, but in all reality, are not quick whatsoever. The last one I raced, I beat the shit out of it.

Yes, the NSX by no means is a budget build. Thats part of why its fun. Tell me how many of them you see on a day-to-day basis. And you can get them into 12s with no forced induction. I think that is more than respectable. But, to each his own. Certain aspects that did not satify you, may to others, and hell, perhaps you got a dud. Who knows. I also don't think a car that is "over priced and over rated" would not make the number one sopt on the top 10 most-missed cars. :)

Yea hah I guess thats why we are all different huh. I liked the car dont get me wrong, it looked awesome and by far the coolest car looks wise I have had. you can make any car fast of course. but if you want a 12 second NSX, unless you know cars and how to fabricate stuff, your going to spend $10-20k. stock it has a good top end, (no LS1 camaro, but not far off) and yes it would pull on the s2000 of course. your looking at running a 13.6-13.8 in the quarter mile and S2000 14.0-14.3. The NSX would beat the S2000 in every aspect of course but its a different category all together. I just cant get over a supercar being that underpowered (more so in later years I guess). I can understand in the early 90's, but in my opinion they got out of the game as time went on. the car should be making 500 Hp to keep up with the other supercars, you know. Again I realize in 91 where it shined it out performed ferrari and lamborghini from what I heard and Acura made a point. I have heard they are decent to run a turbo kit on as well and run great. again unless you fabricate it you are left with only 1 kit to buy Luv Fab which is $15k. Not including the parts and labor for building the motor. you could supercharge it but again your getting up there in $. I bought the car and was my dream car for a long time, but like anything else I guess it gets old and dreams fade. I just didint like the fact that if something went wrong the part was minimum of $1,000. for examplet the thin plastic piece that went around the cd player that would cost $20 for a civic, was $800 for an NSX. I realize with limited production they didnt make so many parts but come on. I am glad I owned one b/c I can now say I did, but I wouldnt buy one again unless, I was blessed with plenty of money to have one and keep it up. Also for future referance just for help. on the 91-92 they had A/C unit issues, window regulator issues, snap ring, climate control and a couple other minor corks. I can say that I have seen many with over 200,000 miles which is sweet for a supercar. I dunno hah I am all confused I am just going to fall back into neutral for arguing sake, they have there pluses and minuses I guess. I like s2000's b/c they are nice looking, fun to drive, nice interior, and are decent to modify price wise. My favorite car for my budget is a 240 for many reasons, but if you like speed swap a lexus GS, IS, or SC with a 2jz motor and youll get power from areas that you didnt know were there. Another thing Is I had a newer MR-s although the motor sucked, I loved the way it handled lowered with a little wider tire. I cant say enough I am not arguing I am just stating my thoughts on the cars I have had. Im done now, sorry

word, it takes balls to tell honda diehards that kinda shit. I'm sure I would have felt the same way, I probably would never have driven it because I wouldn't want to break anything.
