Id put my gsr swapped hatch against any turbo d putting down 180. That's sad. If i boosted my camaro it would be close to 500 to the wheels on same boost.
Real men dont lift the front wheels.. They power them!!
My buddy put down 140 to the wheels with a stock b1 with a muffler header and intake. Stock cat stock tune and all that. I dont see any point is putting money in a d when you can put it in a b or a k and make way more hp.

and thats your choice and opinion. some people go for putting a turbo kit together and turboing their stock d and put down around 180-200whp and 150-180 torque and some rather swap in a b series and put down around 130-140whp and 100-120ft/lbs of torque.
years ago i opted for a turbo d and if i would have to do it again, id do the same. that is my choice and opinion.
That was a stock b1. Bolt on gsr will do way better than that especially with a tune. Yes this is all my opinion. I just dont see the reason in putting money in a d when you caint make as much power.

and thats cool. im sure youre also the guy to say to swap in a h22 vs turboing an f22.
and to the op.... nice build. id like to see what it does when its done. theres a guy up here at my work that says he knows you and hes been braggin about your car ever since he saw me pull into work with my prelude a couple of months back.
ricks turbo d was no slouch. a bolt on gsr wont make 180 whp unless youve got a damn strong one from the factory or more done than bolt ons. its rated at 180 at the crank, so you lose 15%~ of that through the drivetrain.
i may not be "logical" but at least i can change my oil...

Ricks purple coupe would put it on my sr swapped hatch with boltons 89% of the time. And we were both runnin high 13s on 8or 9psi a long time ago, if this guys h puts out over 230whp id be impressed.
back in a nissan bitches...........
nissan hardbody daily and now still looking for a clean 240sx/240z chassis for my turbo build
