Anyone notice something different about that VS what would happen in the states?

even though its illegal racing when someone got hit they all go to help, not run away.....

While it is illegal, you dont know that the driver didn't run. And penalties in their culture are much less. Here, even for spectating as those helper were, the police instantly assume you are involved or a punk.

Also I've studied and lived with Arabs and the class difference there is drastic. Those people drifting came from money/tribe leadership back ground. The rest of the population is destitute.

So on topic, the didn't run because there is virtually no chance they'll get in trouble.

I'm in no way defending the people who do run, or calling them bad people for that matter.

When I totaled my red del sol, the guy ran... can't blame him, he didn't know if I was dead and if I was, he'd possible be looking at life if he stuck around.
