08.07.10 Meet Pictures [56k beware]

Wow... after scrolling down about halfway I though, "this has to be some joke/spoof thread." It looks like someone is walking through a mall parking lot and taking pics of random cars. Then I saw the pics of everybody standing around and realized it's for real. I certainly hope the company was good, because it looks like the turnout (vehicle-wise) wasn't so hot.

Perhaps next time you pick and choose pictures that you really think people want to see instead of posting up everyone that you took? Would save time and space if nothing else.

Otherwise, nice job on getting people there. That seems to be the hardest part with a lot of these "local" get-togethers, what with the amount of people that typically back out.

The only thing i have is that, i JUST finished my swap and havent been able to do much past that...So rocking the steels is a must till a few months.

Sorry for the shittiest meet and pics you guys have seen.

Definitely a nice lesson learned on what not to do for a first meet I've organized that was able to get 15+ people interested to make it not be shitty. Definitely need to do a lot more foot work and organizing for the meet itself while doing a better job on filtering decent pictures from crappy ones.

But seriously good god what a fail. St. Louis sucks. As far as a nice DSLR, that wouldn't have helped the cars look better.
