well things you will need or might not need...

1. 4 quarts synthetic oil, oil filter
2. gm water pump heater core bung in the help section at the parts store. i use them for the return line.
3. 5/8" heater hose or whatever size on the return on the turbo parts store again usually eyeball the one that looks right one thats prebent. (if you use just a peice of hose and bend it when it warms up it will kink)
4. oil pan gasket, might need might not.
5. obd1 chipping kit from www.xenocron.com, this i dont know about since your going to be using a y8 you might want to get a p28 to chip instead of your p06.
6. some piping for the wastegate
7. vacuum hose

keep in mind you dont have to use exactly what i do, i go on the cheap but it works i may have missed some things but its a good start...

edit: you will also need parts to hook the exhaust up.

it may hold 220 i dont know about 250 daily to be safe i would say to stay under 200whp. you can use suzuki vitara pistons and b-motor rods those will handle 250whp easy, requires some machining to get it to work though, not much. i wouldnt waste your time and/or money on the stock d-series rods. get the clutch in before the turbo trust me its a lot easier...
