First ever NEW set of wheels for me!! woot

Post by JDM EM1 »

So here they are.. The specs of these are 15x8 +0 offset with a 3.5" lip I also got new lugs as well and adjustable blox rear camber kit. Already have skunk2 front adjustable camber. Will rock -4 degrees all around with 195/45/15 tires. Just gotta wait to have my fenders rolled!

The fitment/flushness of these will be superb!

ah, shouldn't be to hard at all. A lot of ppl throw 8.5" and get them to fit awsome. I'll have enough camber, a low enough profile tire, the right suspension and all my fenders rolled to get them to sit flush. Its really the rears that are the tricky part b/c they don't flare out like the front fenders already do.

if all else fails, you'll be the first to know, lol.

I only say that because ive already tried sportmax 002s on civics, and it ended up looking wierd.

I run sportmax 501s now (16x8 15mm offset and 15x8 15mm offset). 15 and 16s with a stretch and its tough to get those to fit.

what was your specs on the 002's? ( i know there the same) but How much camber did you have, was your fenders rolled, and what size tires were you running? Did you have your fenders rolled also?

just curious to know.

yeah..... i will echo the good luck sentiment.

From everything I read, 501's with the +15 offset fit if you run 3-4degrees of camber, but 15x8 with a zero seems like a lot of effort to pull off... and probably a few more degrees of camber. and I dont even want to know what daily driving with 6+ degrees of camber feels like
This post comes with a guarantee: I guarantee that I don't care what you think about it.
